GW Partners with Miss District of Columbia to promote Preventative Health

The George Washington University Hospital is partnering with Stephanie Williams, the reigning Miss District of Columbia, on preventive health initiatives.  A rising third-year medical student at The George Washington University School of Medicine, Stephanie’s platform is “A Dose of Prevention: Smart Medicine for What Ails America.”  Stephanie has a passion for disease prevention and early treatment and will be attending health events and screenings in conjunction with the hospital.

2011 Miss America Pageant on January 15, 2011 in Las Vegas!                         The Miss America Organization (MAO) is proud to announce it has reached a multi-year deal with the ABC Television Network to return as their network television partner for the 2011 Miss America Pageant that will be presented on January 15, 2011!
